This is how we closed out November.  At our beloved Oregon coast, gazing into that infinite blue, thankful for so many wonderful people and places and blessings in our lives this year.  And now the Christmas season is fully upon us.  So far I have successfully kept at bay (aside from a small attack the day before Thanksgiving) the holiday blues that seem to plague and linger over me every year.  Perhaps I am genuinely feeling the Christmas spirit for the first time in years, and it feels good.
